    Our core machine is the twin-shaft batch mixer, built in our works for dry, damp and sticky mixes, and in service on fly ash, chemical and steel-plant duties since 2019. Planetary and tilting intensive mixers are supplied as part of a line.

      Engineered around your process

      Tell us the material and the process; our engineers work out the line. New materials and industries we have not served yet are welcome, and that is often where we are most useful.

      Built in our own works

      Twin-shaft mixers, shredders, dust collectors, rotary valves and weighing screws are made, assembled and tested in our workshop in Qingdao. Factory audits and witnessed tests are welcome.

    3. 03

      One supplier, bag to batch

      Bag unloading, crushing, conveying, dosing, mixing, dust collection and PLC controls under one contract. The interfaces between machines are ours to get right.

    4. 04

      Proven on difficult powders

      More than 110 projects since 2019, over 70 of them stabilization lines. Fly ash is dusty, sticky and abrasive at once, and the same engineering carries over to other hard materials.

      Certified

      ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, and CE marking on export equipment where the destination requires it. Utility model patents in China.

      Service after start-up

      A 12-month warranty, spare parts in stock, 24-hour technical support and engineers who come to site.

    • 24-hour technical support

      Our engineers answer by phone, email or video call. You get a first answer within 8 hours and a written one within 24.

    • Engineers on site

      We supervise installation, commission the line and run it with your team until it meets the acceptance terms. If something goes wrong, we aim to be on site within 48 hours in China and within about 5 days overseas, visas and travel permitting.

    • Spare parts for the life of the machine

      Spare parts are kept in stock and supplied for the life of the equipment. Paddles, liners and seals are bolted on, so they are changed on site; we suggest one set of wear parts with the machine.
