How we work
From the first message to a running machine
What happens at each step, who is responsible, and what you get.

-
01
Tell us the material and the job
Three things are enough to start: what the material is, the rough throughput, and the hours a day it runs. Drawings or site photos help, but aren't required.
-
02
A reply within one working day
The first reply is a first view, or a few questions and a list of what's missing. Technical questions are answered by our engineers. Not a boilerplate quote.
-
03
A proposal with a clear scope
The proposal states which equipment we supply, the flange where our scope starts and where it ends, and what you provide (building, foundations, air and power to the unit). Performance figures go into the technical agreement.
For tight sites, the proposal comes with a layout drawing.
-
04
Build and check in our workshop
Structural parts are made in our own workshop. Parts are machined, assembled and tested before they ship.
- Document review: inspection records
- Witnessed: you or a third party at our workshop
- Hold points: work stops until you sign off
Which of these applies is agreed in the contract.
-
05
Ship, install, commission
Unpacking and count on arrival, then installation and commissioning under our engineers' guidance, on site or remotely as the contract sets out, and acceptance after a run with material. Operating and maintenance documents come with the equipment, and we train your operators and maintenance staff. Export shipments go in ISPM 15-compliant packing from Qingdao port, on FOB, CFR or CIF terms.
The length of the run and the acceptance criteria are written into the contract; 72 hours continuous is common.
-
06
Warranty and spare parts
A 12-month warranty, with start date and scope set in the contract. After that, paid service and spare parts for the life of the equipment.
We suggest ordering one set of wear parts (paddles, liners, seals) with the machine.

After-sales and service
After start-up, we are still here
24-hour technical support
Our engineers answer by phone, email or video call. You get a first answer within 8 hours and a written one within 24.
Engineers on site
We supervise installation, commission the line and run it with your team until it meets the acceptance terms. If something goes wrong, we aim to be on site within 48 hours in China and within about 5 days overseas, visas and travel permitting.
Training
Operators and maintenance staff are trained on site at no charge, with operating and maintenance documents for the line.
12-month warranty
Faults caused by manufacturing are repaired free of charge for 12 months. The start date and scope are set in the contract.
Spare parts for the life of the machine
Spare parts are kept in stock and supplied for the life of the equipment. Paddles, liners and seals are bolted on, so they are changed on site; we suggest one set of wear parts with the machine.
Remote monitoring
As an option, the PLC can be reached remotely, where the site allows it, so alarms and settings can be checked without a visit.
Before you write
These speed things up
- A photo or description of the material
- Dry, damp, or prone to caking; rough moisture content.
- Site photos or a floor plan
- Especially ceiling height, door sizes and where existing equipment sits.
- What connects before and after
- Where the material comes from, where it goes, and whether there's a DCS.
