Environmental and waste treatment systems

We engineer powder and bulk-material handling, dosing and mixing systems for environmental treatment processes. Tell us about your materials and process, and we can design a section of the line or a complete system.

A reliable treatment line starts with equipment matched to the material and the process.

We start with the material, process steps and site conditions. Then we develop the line layout, equipment and controls, and support installation and commissioning on site or remotely.

Materials and what makes them hard

The material, the problem, our answer

MaterialThe problemHow we handle it
Incineration fly ashThe line must meter and mix materials consistently as part of the stabilization process. We design dosing and mixing systems around the process requirements, using weighing hoppers, load cells, screw feeders and twin-shaft mixers as needed. See our [fly ash stabilization page].
Hazardous wasteDifferent waste streams and process requirements call for a line designed around the specific application. We can engineer material handling, batching, mixing and dust collection as part of a line, with PLC recipe control and batch records where required.
Medical waste residuesFeeding, metering and mixing equipment must fit the treatment process and the site's operating conditions. We develop the line arrangement and equipment scope from the customer's material and process information, then support installation and commissioning.
Sludge and contaminated soilConditioning and solidification processes need controlled feeding and mixing suited to the material. We configure dosing, conveying and mixing equipment according to the process, with control and commissioning support for the line.
Leachate treatment residuesPowder ingredients need to be conveyed and metered to match the treatment sequence. We can integrate screw conveyors, dosing equipment and PLC control, with the arrangement based on the specified process.

Equipment

The equipment involved

  • 01

    Dosing and weighing

Dosing equipment meters process ingredients to match the treatment recipe and batch requirements.

  • 02

    Twin-shaft mixers

Mixers bring the metered materials together for the specified treatment process.

  • 03

    Conveyors and feeders

Conveyors move bulk materials between storage, dosing and mixing stages.

  • 04

    Dust collection

Dust collection captures airborne dust at selected transfer and process points.

  • 05

    Stabilization systems

A stabilization line combines material handling, dosing and mixing around the treatment process.

Our experience

Our environmental project experience includes fly ash stabilization at 44 incineration plants, hazardous waste treatment centers, county-level waste treatment sites, medical waste projects, landfills and leachate treatment plants. Other listed work includes river silt stabilization in Zhejiang, sludge treatment equipment for a Liaoning university project, and a second-phase sludge solidification project at a hazardous waste treatment center in Guangdong.

Questions buyers ask

Can you design a line around our existing process?

Yes. Share the material and process information, site conditions and required scope. We can design a line section or a complete system, including control and commissioning support.

Can you supply a complete fly ash stabilization line?

We engineer powder handling, dosing and mixing systems for fly ash stabilization. See the dedicated fly ash stabilization page for more information.

Can you adapt equipment to our site and power supply?

We develop the layout around site conditions. The standard electrical supply is 380 V, 50 Hz; other voltages and 60 Hz can be configured.
