What the enquiry form collects

• What you type: material, throughput, hours per day, email or WhatsApp number, and your message.
• How you found the site: the first page you landed on, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, and a Google Ads click ID if there is one.
• The page you sent it from, and the country of your connection as reported by our network provider.

Why

To reply to your enquiry and follow it up, and to see which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.

In your browser

The site keeps a small note in your browser’s local storage of where you first arrived from, so it can go with an enquiry if you send one. It is not sent anywhere until you submit the form. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored on the website’s server and emailed to our sales and engineering staff. We don’t sell them or pass them on, apart from the companies that host the site and deliver its email.

The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the enquiry and any project that follows. Ask us and we’ll delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email us to get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
