Recycling and resource recovery systems

We engineer crushing, conveying, dosing and dust collection systems for resource recovery and industrial solid waste pretreatment. Tell us about the material and process to define the right equipment scope and line layout.

Twin-shaft shredder in our workshop
Twin-shaft shredder, built in our works

The right pretreatment train starts with the material's condition and the next process step.

We review the material, required process steps and site conditions before developing the line. Our scope can include equipment we build in our workshop and complementary equipment supplied as part of the line.

Materials and what makes them hard

The material, the problem, our answer

MaterialThe problemHow we handle it
Ash residues for resource recoveryThe pretreatment line may need to reduce size, convey material and control dust between process stages. We can combine shredders, supplied crushing equipment, conveyors and pulse-jet bag filters according to the process layout.
Industrial solid wasteDifferent feed conditions call for a pretreatment configuration suited to the material and downstream process. We design the handling sequence around the application, using our workshop-built twin-shaft shredder and suitable conveying and dust collection equipment where required.
Agglomerated materialsMaterial that has formed lumps may need size reduction before conveying, dosing or mixing. We can include a supplied hammer crusher or roll crusher as part of the line, selected around the process requirements.
Ash for washing processesBulk solids need to move through the required process stages in a controlled sequence. We can engineer the conveying, metering and control sections around the process information provided by the customer.

Equipment

The equipment involved

  • 01

    Shredders and crushers

Shredders and supplied crushers reduce material size where the process requires it.

  • 02

    Conveyors and feeders

Conveyors move material between receiving, pretreatment and downstream stages.

  • 03

    Dust collection

Dust collection helps manage airborne dust at selected handling and transfer points.

  • 04

    Dosing and weighing

Dosing equipment meters material when the downstream process calls for controlled feed rates or batches.

Our experience

Our listed resource recovery work includes five ash residue plants and one ash washing plant. Projects at the ash residue plants include a shredder, a crushing system retrofit and dust collector work in Zhejiang, plus a dust collector project in Guangdong; the listed work also includes ash storage and conveying for a low-temperature pyrolysis line in Zhejiang.

Questions buyers ask

Can you supply the full pretreatment line?

We can engineer a line section or a complete system based on your process, material and site conditions. The equipment scope is defined for each project.

Do you manufacture the crushers?

We manufacture twin-shaft shredders in our workshop. Hammer crushers and roll crushers are supplied as part of a line.

Can you retrofit an existing plant?

We handle retrofit engineering, including adding a line beneath existing silos, subject to site and process review.
