A 3000 L line for hazardous waste in bulk bags

Xinjiang, Chinasolid waste stabilization site
3000 Ltwin-shaft mixer
32 mfrom bag hopper to cement silo

The job

Bulk bags in at one end, treated waste out at the other

Hazardous waste arrives in bulk bags and has to be mixed to a recipe with fly ash, cement, chelating agent and water. This line puts bag opening, feeding, weighing, mixing and discharge in one straight run inside the solidification workshop, with the control room alongside.
